Return and Refund Policy

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be issued, but a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover credit card and administrative costs.  Refunds only apply for cancellations with at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session 

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations are eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost if requested with at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session. To reschedule, please contact our team by calling 856-581-9120 or texting 856-733-4920.

Exceptions: In cases of exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to review and adjust our refund policy as deemed necessary.
